Living at The Knoll, our 102-year-old chapter house owned and operated by Delta Chi alumni, is one of the most memorable parts of a Cornell Delta Chi's membership experience. Our home accommodates up to 40 brothers, sits above Cayuga Lake, and overlooks Fall Creek Gorge. It boasts predominately single bedrooms, providing brothers plenty of space to host friends and do schoolwork, and many rooms feature windows and balconies with beautiful views of the City of Ithaca. Our foyer and living room both serve as gathering places for brothers to convene, play pool, and attend chapter meetings. During the semester, the space is transformed into a dining room to host a variety of different formal events.
